Today we start the offical blog of Velocity Five on Cinco de Mayo. A common misconception is that Cinco de Mayo is Mexico’s Independence Day – it’s actually September 16th. It commemorates the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862 or just another reason for Americans to celebrate, eat and drink beer.

Ok, what are we going to blog about since we are a SPORTS restaurant and bar?
